About Delivery

Basically, ordered items will be sent by Express Mail Service (EMS). If you request to use other shipping company, you need to contact to us when you order the items before the shipment.

Just after we ship out the merchandise for you, we will inform you the trucking number of EMS, and you can trace the shipping situation using EMS web site with the number. But, some countries are not available for this service. These countries are indicated on “Available shipping countries” adding a mark “*” on the country’s name.

Basically your ordered items will be shipped out within 9 days from the placed day, but it is depending on the contents of the order, the condition of stocks, and the volume of orders, there may be instances where shipment of the order is delayed. (It may take additional time for production).

Shipping charges for overseas from Japan

The below is Shipping or Handling Fees apply to each order.
Please note that they are variable depending on the destination country and region.


Currency Rate 1$ = 100円

Shipping and handling charges are set based on the total amount of ordered items and those charges include the Express Mail Service (EMS) or international courier postage and insurance fees, etc. They should be paid together with the total amount of the ordered items.

Customs Duties

In some countries or regions, import tax, value tax, customs handling fees, and/or delivery fees are required. In this case, you (or the receiver if the items are shipped to someone other than you) should be responsible for the payment of any such taxes or fees. If the delivery is delayed due to complications or processing at customs, our company bears no responsibility for this situation.

According to our investigation, the below countries are tax free. For the other countries, please remain this issue when you receive the items.

Return or Exchanges
  • Please check the items and contents when you receive the items.
  • If you have any request to return or exchange, you should contact us within 14 days after receiving the items.
  • Do not send the items back to us without first confirming with us.
  • If you are not satisfied with the items (not satisfied with the design or color, the size does not fit, etc.), we do not accept returns and exchanges.
  • Customers have to bear the returning shipping charges and service charge, if the cause is depend on Customer’s side. And it is decided after the confirmation about the detail with the negotiation between your side and our company side.
  • If the cause is depend on our company side (1-3 stated below), we accept returns and exchanges including the shipping charges and service charge.
    1. The merchandise is different from which has been ordered.
    2. The merchandise is defective.
    3. The merchandise is damaged.

About Delivery


Products are delivered by Yamato Transport, Sagawa Transport or Japan Post.

      For Honshu or Shikoku or Kyushu    1,130Yen
      For Hokkaido                                  1,540Yen
      For Okinawa                                   1,650Yen
5 pieces or more: Free

Return or Exchanges
  • Please check the items and contents when you receive the items.
