|Delivery||Basically your ordered items will be shipped out within 9 days from the placed day, but it is depending on the contents of the order, the condition of stocks, and the volume of orders, there may be instances where shipment of the order is delayed. (It may take additional time for production).|
|Payment Expiration Date||For Overseas: Deposit to PayPal within 14 days after the ordering.
Domestic in Japan: Deposit to Bank Transfer within 14 days after the ordering. If you use COD, pay to the delivery company when you receive it.
|Returns and Exchanges||Customers should contact us within 14 days after receiving the merchandise.
If you are not satisfied with the items (not satisfied with the design or color, the size does not fit, etc.), we do not accept returns and exchanges.
Customers have to bear the returning shipping charges and service charge, if the cause is depend on Customer’s side. And it is decided after the confirmation about the detail with the negotiation between your side and our company side.
If the cause is depend on our company side (1-3 stated below), we accept returns and exchanges including the shipping charges and service charge.
